Downloadable Resources

These downloadable resources provide suggestions for making adjustments for autistic people. These are based on general principles which autistic people have found helpful. However, it is important to adapt these to your specific workplace and to discuss them with autistic employees and applicants. Autism is a spectrum condition which means that what one person needs to perform effectively in the workplace will not be the same as another person.

You are welcome to download these resources and adapt them for use in your workplace.
