Autistic employees work effectively in a range of industries and working environments. In the videos below, autistic people talk about their employment experiences and describe the importance of communication and the implementation of simple workplace adjustments. 

Kelly

Kelly is autistic and works at Disability Sheffield as a Project Coordinator.

Josh and Richard

Josh is autistic and works as the IT manager for DivineDays which is a Community Interest Company, tackling health inequalities in West Lancashire. Richard is non-autistic and works as the Finance Director for DivineDays.
